Hi Food - helping Armenian children in Lebanon

As many of you know, there is a large Armenian population in Lebanon. In fact Beirut is host to quite a number of popular Armenian restaurants. Just ask Anthony Bourdain.

What you might not know is that there is a non-profit organization, Hi Food, with its own website based in Lebanon. Hagop Boyadjian wrote to inform us about this organization offering chef-prepared, traditional Armenian food for the Lebanese market and for individual purchase. The proceeds from this charitable organization benefit Armenian children in Lebanon who need care.

Certain markets in Lebanon carry HiFood products, and items can be ordered on-line. As far as we know, these items are not available outside of Lebanon.

We applaud HiFood for their effort in helping their Armenian children; we wish them well.
